The Somos Todos Big campaign was created to strengthen Big Dutchman’s corporate culture and transform the company’s values into a language of belonging, recognition, and connection between the brand and its employees.

The project included the creative concept, visual identity, and a broad communication platform, with applications across internal and corporate communications, social media, promotional materials, branded merchandise, and multiple touchpoints.

Built around Big Dutchman’s distinctive visual codes, the campaign brought the brand closer to its people and reinforced a central message: every employee plays a part in what makes Big truly big.
